Webmasters - WA box update

From: David Zilk (dzilk2@attbi.com) | Date: 2002-03-16 07:13:56 UTC-08:00
Webmasters,

The box we placed in Olympia, Washington in November last year, titled
the 'First Annual Thanksgiving Letterbox' has not made it from the
"What's New" page to the State Map.

Also, there is a slight correction to the clues. Priest Point Park, the

location of the letterbox is on East Bay Drive, not Easy Bay Drive.

David.....   Got your pages posted this past weekend. "We" apologize for the delay. If we ever miss a post, next time PLEASE don't hesitate to bring it to our attention sooner. We are very thicked skinned and don't mind gentle prodding on occasions. We are happy to add to your page as you add boxes.

It's true! After all, he's a g-man and I'm a sailor and who besides
an NYPD officer could be thicker? ;)

We are doing the letterboxing pages by hand, and the "new" method,
now about a year old, is a lot easier than the "old" method, but
we'll still miss the occaisional new post. If you're a newbie at this
wonderful pastime, you might enjoy looking at an "old" LbNA page. Try
this one for an example of the dark ages of our site, before Der Mad
Stamper worked his magic:

Now THOSE were a pain to update!

always glad to play catch-up when I mess-up

Jay,

Thanks for reminding us what we got away from!

However, I think it was Randy's prodding more than anyone's, that got us to
the new format. Der Mad Stamper, in Will Smith's words, "made it look good."
